New Treatment added!!

I am very pleased to let you all know that as from 1st October I am offering a new treatment of Holistic Facials!

Just like the rest of our body, the face has a large number of muscles that can get tight and hold onto stress. As part of this holistic facial treatment the main emphasis is on providing a blissful massage routine that will leave your muscles feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, and your skin looking and feeling fabulous.

Your 50 minute treatment will start off with a thorough cleanse and tone followed by the application of a natural clay mask. Whilst the mask is setting you will be given the choice of a 10 minute hand and arm or foot and lower leg massage after which the mask will be removed with warm sponges / cloths. Once this has been completed we will move on to the facial massage.

Massage begins on your neck and shoulders, releasing all the tension, stress and muscle fatigue in your upper body. During the treatment I will also provide a wonderfully, slow, relaxing massage to the muscles of the face and finish off with a head massage. Throughout all of this I will also be providing lymphatic drainage and acupressure point massage.

A Holistic Facial is not only a wonderful way to relax and promote a sense of well-being, but this holistic facial will also improve the texture of the skin, increase circulation and encourage rejuvenation and cellular activity. Using techniques rather than complex and very expensive products, fantastic results can be achieved. The natural and healthy alternative to cosmetic surgery.

Treatments can be adapted to your personal needs and an express 30 minute treatment is also available if you do not require the mask application and the hand / foot massage.
